Magic Microscape
Magic Microscape
Same method as aquascaping, on a desk. Before planting a jar or bowl, try parameters: vessel, hardscape, plants, and accents—then generate a still life you can build against.

Who it’s for
For desktop jars, open succulent bowls, and wabi-kusa—vessel scale, not full tanks.
Five desktop landscapes
Closed moss jar
Self-contained humidity for moss and ferns
Open succulents
Shallow bowls, strong light, drainage
Desktop riparium
A small pool and shoreline—not a full tank
Rainforest bottle
Closed jungle bottle, not a large vivarium
Wabi-kusa
Moss mounds in shallow vessels
Closed jars need humidity and cycling; open succulents need dry air and light; desktop riparia must hold both water and shore. The generator encodes those differences in landscape types so moss-jar parameters are not applied to a succulent bowl.

Why open succulents can’t reuse closed-jar settings
Closed-jar humidity, still air, soft light, and a moisture-holding mix do not transfer to open succulents. Humidity, light, watering, plus rot, etiolation, and mold.
